We are a small studio, which means you deal with the person doing the work. No account managers, and nobody hands your project to whoever happens to be free. We build websites and web apps for businesses across Stockport, Manchester and the wider North West, and we work remotely with clients across the UK.
Being local is genuinely useful on some projects. If you would rather sit down together and work through what you need, we can do that. If you would rather never have a meeting again, we can do that too.

Twenty-six years of work spans employed roles, consultancy, contracts and direct studio work, taking in Leeds Trinity University, the HM Prison and Probation Service, King’s College London, and Bolton, Staffordshire and Roehampton universities, as well as household names including Vodafone, HSBC, NatWest and Lloyds. We also build for independent businesses and one-person operations, and both get the same care.
Education, public sector and purpose-led organisations are where we do our best work, largely because accessibility and clarity matter most there, and those are the things we are stubborn about. See the work.
Accessible from the first line, not bolted on at the end.
Accessibility is often left until the end of a build, as a final check. We build it in from the start, which costs less and works better. We founded the Neurodiversity Design Council, a neurodiversity-led design standards body, so this is not a service line we added because it became fashionable.
We are also honest about AI. We use it where it genuinely helps, and we say so. Here is exactly how we handle it.
