A UK design standards body for neuro-inclusion. Seven domains, 35 criteria, three tiers: Reviewed, Endorsed, Certified. Every assessor is neurodivergent, by requirement.
The Signal
Weekly intelligence for people who sell training. New L&D hires, training tenders and buying signals, scored and sent every Monday morning while they are still worth acting on.
Baseline.
A leadership skills self-assessment grounded in published positive psychology. 24 behavioural markers across 8 skill areas, each rated on performance and energy, with a dedicated neurodivergent and hidden-disability pathway.

A free tool that turns a dense marking brief into a plain-English guide a student can actually follow. Built for the many learners who find assessment criteria impenetrable, and for the staff who would rather not rewrite them by hand. No login, works straight in the browser.

Membership software built for one business rather than shared with a hundred. Members get a one-time entry code, bookings, the bar tab and a loyalty card in one web app. The front desk gets the door, payments, bookings and messages on a single screen. Direct Debits are collected in the club’s own name, so the bank statement says who took the money. Metroflex London is the first gym on it. The prototype runs in your browser on its own demo data, so you can press every button before anyone signs anything.

Answer a short brief and get objectives, key ideas, worked examples, misconceptions, assessment questions and scenarios, shaped by the design theory you choose. Your subject expert spends their hour checking and correcting, which is the part they are good at, instead of staring at an empty document.

Scenario Databank
A growing bank of workplace-judgement scenarios you can brand and drop straight into Rise, a webpage or a PDF. Difficult conversations, ethics, leadership, EDI. No single right answer, and consequences that compound, so people practise making the call under pressure. You set the colours and the names. The branching stays sealed.
We use AI. We also know when not to.
AI runs through a lot of what we build, for research, drafting, code and prototyping. We combine it with real research and twenty-six years of judgement, we interrogate it rather than trust it, and if something was built with AI, we say so.
